Call For Proposal

The Research Division Pakistan Pediatric Association is pleased to announce “Call for Proposals” for research on common & important Pediatric problems.

Priority research areas for this year are

  • Childhood Immunization
  • Infectious Diseases
  • Effect of climate change on the health of the children

Timeline: Deadline for submission of research proposal is 15th April 2025.

Minimum Duration for Study / Research: 06 Months

Grant Up to 500,000 PKR

Procedure:

  1. Principal Investigator (PI) must have a contract of employment with their organization for the total duration of the grant.
  2. Trainees should apply with one of their supervisors and other faculty members.
  3. He / She shall be member of Pakistan Pediatric Association. Co-investigators may be from other disciplines like Dentistry, Nursing, and allied health sciences. 

Note:

  1. All proposals, including budget, will be reviewed and shortlisted by a committee.
  2. Shortlisted applicants will be invited to present their proposal for the possible grant in 2nd Research Conference: Healthy Children, Happy Future: The Power of Pediatric Research to be held on 23rd – 25th May 2025 at Rawalpindi.
